Service Desk Salary Survey 2018

Since 2005, the Service Desk Institute has run a series of salary surveys that capture the fiscal health of the service desk industry and identify key trends in how service desks are influenced by external factors such as economic changes, a younger workforce, and education levels.

Previous reports have looked at the impact that economic instability has had on the service desk industry and the remuneration of the professional working in the industry. This iteration continues in a similar vein by measuring salaries, bonuses, and incentive packages, alongside satisfaction levels. In addition to this, we will compare average UK salaries and satisfaction with that of international responses.
